Wayne Marshall inaugurated the new Rodgers organ at Wellington School Chapel in Somerset. Wayne, who is organist of Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, has given concerts all over the world, and has appeared alongside most major international orchestras, including as a soloist at the Last Night of the Proms. Renowned equally as a pianist and conductor with an enthusiasm for the works of Gershwin and Bernstein, his charismatic style ensured that the event was enjoyed by all who attended.

Wellington chose an instrument designed and made by Rodgers Classical Organs. Since building the world’s first transistorised classical organ in 1958, Rodgers have been at the forefront of creative design, and are today one of the world’s leading digital organ manufacturers.
